I have been busy praying, going through my laid out vision and waiting for God to give me a green light to move on. I had a very unsure week, unsure of what to say? what to do next? This can be very frustrating and disappointing.
In my frustrations, I turned to the Lord for direction and felt strongly, that God had a word for me from scripture. I begun reading the bible Isaiah 55 verse 8, "For my thoughts are not your thoughts neither are my ways your ways, says the Lord". At first, this verse didn't seem to speak to me in my situation but then it hit me, why am I troubled about a vision that the Lord gave me and He is more interested in me fulfilling it than I am? God is working behind the scenes, working in ways that are different than mine but He will surely bring the vision to fulfillment.
Every time you feel stuck and making no progress, always remember, your ways are not God's ways. He will surely lead you and help you fulfill His vision but He might never do it your way. Learn to trust and wait upon Him.
