I stood up to preach on Sunday with a conviction in my heart that we needed to be more alert as Christians on how we spend the resources God places in our hands. Reading from Mathew 25 from verse 14, I challenged the congregation to be careful in ensuring we become multipliers of what the Lord gives us. It is very clear from the passage of scripture that the two servants who got rewarded had multiplied what they were given. The truth or reality is, many times we substract from what we are given and when we are doing well, we add but multiplying?? rarely do we do it. I am praying and working on being a multiplier of what the Lord brings my way. I want to see ICCM multiplying, I want also to multiply my finances, my giftings and abilities and all the other resources the Lord has given me and is bringing my way.
