What do you do when you get frustrated? I mean, when frustration hits you with its full force. I am very frustrated right now. I wrote a whole post and when uploading it, the server told me there was an error and that was it, I lost the whole post. I wrote again and the same thing happened.
Then I asked myself, how do you handle frustrations?
Well, let me share with you 5 ways I handle frustrations:
1. I pray - Yes, when I am really frustrated, I take it to the Lord.
2. I stop whatever am doing and move on to something else - This is simply calling for a time out but not giving up. I hate giving up on anything and will keep at it until I succeed. No wonder you are reading a post from me today.
3. I begin singing to myself - David the psalmist must have had this habit also. When stuck in the wilderness with enemies hurting him down, he would come up with a psalm. The difference with me, he compossed while I just sing the words where I can, hum the tune or whistle away.
4. I talk to the cause of my frustration - They say that a problem shared is a problem 80 percent solved. So, I just share it out with the computer (Like now) or whatever else it is that is causing me frustration.
5. I pray and ask God to show me a way out.
I do not run away from my source of frustration, I do not behave as though its not there and neither do I give up. We should always be tenacious enough to keep working and moving on regardless of what comes our way.

thanks for this,iam actually frustrated and what i do is tell God exactly how i feel,i miss home,friends who i always tell how i feel its diffrent here,i have friends yes but here pple are diffrent from my peaple back home,you know a friend who will go and sacrifice alot for a good friend,its not here and it frustrates me coz i cant trust them,you know what iam praying for God to give me a close friend someone who’ll stand by me regardless just as it use to be back home please pray with me.
